How to Update the Display Order of Modifiers on Your Online Menu

Control the order in which modifier groups and modifiers appear for a product on the online ordering menu. This lets you organise options such as sizes, extras, or add-ons in the preferred sequence for customers.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Business Portal with admin access.
  • The product and its modifier groups must already exist in your inventory.

Step-by-Step: Reorder Modifiers

  1. Log In to the Business Portal
    Sign in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Open Inventory → Products
    Navigate to Inventory > Products.homepage_inventory_products_red

  3. Find the Product
    Search for and select the product you want to edit.

  4. Open the Modifiers Section
    Within the product details, open the Modifiers section.homepage_inventory_products_product_modifiers_red

  5. Reorder Modifier Groups
    Click and drag a modifier group above or below another to reorder it.

  6. Reorder Individual Modifiers
    Open a modifier group and update the Sort Order of individual modifiers.homepage_inventory_products_product_modifiers_modifiergroup_arrow_red

  7. Save Your Changes
    Click Save to apply.

  8. Refresh the Menu
    Refresh the online ordering page or app to confirm the updated order is displayed correctly.

  • Use logical groupings: Group similar modifiers (e.g. sizes together, then sauces) for an intuitive ordering flow.
