Updating Your Brand Assets for Your Custom Branded App

As a business you'll go through periods of re-branded and updating your image. We've made this a simple process from within your Online Facilipay Dashboard

Step 1: Open app design settings

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click My Business
  3. Select App Design

Step 2: Upload your business logo

  1. Hover over the Business Logo section
  2. Click to upload a new image
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • Upload from your device
    • Drag and drop a file
    • Use a URL

Note: The same process applies to background images and banners (e.g. Order Ahead banner).

Step 3: Update images

  1. Upload additional images to represent your business
  2. Use the preview panel to see changes in real time

Step 4: Set your colour scheme

  1. Select your preferred brand colours
  2. Click Apply to confirm

Step 5: Add custom links (optional)

  1. Scroll to the More section
  2. Enter:
    • Link name
    • URL

Step 6: Save changes

  1. Click Save (bottom right)

Result

Your branded app is updated with your logo, images, colours, and links.

Use the preview panel to ensure your design matches your brand before saving.
