How to Upload Your Existing Gift Card Design

Get gift cards perfectly branded for your business via our design uploader. If you already have a design ready, upload it and have your cards printed in a few simple steps.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.
  • Have your design files prepared in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format.

Step-by-Step: Upload Your Design

  1. Open Gift Card Shop

    1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
    2. Click Settings
    3. Select Gift Cards
    4. Click Gift Card Shop

  2. Start Upload
    Click Upload Design in the top right.

  3. Choose Your File Format

    • PDF
    • JPEG or PNG

  4. Upload Based on File Type

    If uploading a PDF

    • Upload a single file containing both front and back designs
    • The system automatically detects and applies both sides

    If uploading JPEG or PNG files

    • Upload separate images for the front of the card and the back of the card

    Once uploaded, click Save Design.

  5. Preview and Order
    Preview your card design and proceed to place your order.

What Happens After You Upload

Your gift card design is uploaded and ready for ordering.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Prefer PDFs: A single PDF with both sides is the cleanest format for upload.

  • Use high-resolution files: Print quality depends on file resolution — aim for 300 DPI.
