Uploading your existing Gift Card Design

Step 1: Open gift card shop

1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
2. Click Settings
3. Select Gift Cards
4. Click Gift Card Shop

Step 2: Start upload

1. Click Upload Design (top right)

Step 3: Upload your design file

1. Choose your file format:
   • PDF
   • JPEG or PNG

Step 4: Upload based on file type

If uploading a PDF

• Upload a single file containing both front and back designs
• The system will automatically detect and apply both sides

If uploading JPEG or PNG files

• Upload separate images for:
  • Front of the card
  • Back of the card

1. Once uploaded, click Save Design

Step 5: Preview and order

1. Preview your card design
2. Proceed to place your order

Result

Your gift card design is uploaded and ready for ordering.
