Using Our Gift Card Design Tool

Have your cards express the brand you have built with your business using the Design Tool available in your Business Portal

Brand identity is important. It allows customer to associate images and slogans to certain companies as it grows in society and across social media. Using our design tool, you can design your cards in a way to express your business to your customers.

Step 1: Open the design tool

  1. Log in to your Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select Gift Card Ordering
  4. Click Design Tool (top right)

Step 2: Choose a template

  1. Select your preferred card template (e.g. light background)
  2. Click Use this Template

Step 3: Set basic design options

  1. Enter a design name
  2. Choose logo placement:
    • Left
    • Centre
    • Right

Tip: Use the preview panel to see changes in real time.

Step 4: Upload your logo

  1. Upload your front logo
  2. Adjust the size as needed

Step 5: Add a background image

  1. Upload a background image
  2. Crop or adjust the image if required
  3. Confirm your selection

Step 6: Design the back of the card

  1. Choose a background style:
    • Image
    • Solid colour
  2. Add optional business details:
    • Website
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Business address

Step 7: Customise text and styling

  1. Set:
    • Text colour
    • Font style

Note: Card number, CVV, and QR code areas are fixed and will not be affected by your design.

Step 8: Save or publish

  1. Click Publish to finalise the design

    OR

  2. Save as a Draft to complete later

Result

Your branded gift card design is created and ready for use or ordering.
