How to Use the Gift Card Design Tool

Before You Begin

• You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.
• Have your logo files (front and background), brand colours, and any text ready before starting.

Step-by-Step: Design a Gift Card

1. Open the Design Tool

   1. Log in to your Facilipay Dashboard
   2. Click Settings
   3. Select Gift Cards
   4. Click on Gift Card Shop
   5. Click Design Tool in the top right

2. Choose a Template
   Select your preferred card template (e.g. light background) and click Use this Template.

3. Set Basic Design Options

   1. Enter a design name
   2. Choose logo placement: Left, Centre, or Right

   Tip: Use the preview panel to see changes in real time.

4. Upload Your Logo
   Upload your front logo and adjust the size as needed.

5. Add a Background Image

   1. Upload a background image
   2. Crop or adjust the image if required
   3. Confirm your selection

6. Design the Back of the Card

   1. Choose a background style: Image or Solid colour
   2. Add optional business details: Website, Email address, Phone number, Business address

7. Customise Text and Styling
   Set:

   • Text colour
   • Font style

   Note: Card number, CVV, and QR code areas are fixed and won't be affected by your design.

8. Save or Publish

   • Click Publish to finalise the design, OR
   • Save as a Draft to complete later

What Happens After You Save

Your branded gift card design is created and ready for use or ordering.
