View a Customer’s Transaction History

Transaction history can be viewed within the Facilipay Dashboard for reporting, reconciliation, or customer queries. Transactions can also be exported if required.

1) From the Facilipay Dashboard, access Customers

Select Customers from the left-hand navigation menu.


2) Search for the Customer

Use the search bar to locate the customer by:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Facilipay ID

Facilipay ID:
The eight-digit ID located on the back of a customer’s gift or loyalty card.

For cashless customers (e.g. band or watch strap users), this is the code displayed beside “Code Received” on the Clover POS screen after scanning.


3) Open the Transaction History

When the customer appears in the search results:

Click the three grey dots beside the customer’s name.

Select Transactions.


4) Review or Export Transactions

The customer’s transaction history will display on screen.

Transactions can also be exported for:

  • Reporting purposes

  • Customer requests

  • Record keeping


Result

The selected customer’s recent transaction history is visible and available for export within the Facilipay Dashboard.
