How to View Transaction Reports on a PAX A920 Pro

View a breakdown of transactions completed on a PAX A920 Pro directly from the Facilipay app on the device, with options to filter by date and time.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to your PAX A920 Pro with the Facilipay app installed.
  • Decide on the reporting period before you start.

Step-by-Step: View Transaction Reports

  1. Open the Facilipay App
    On the PAX device, open the Facilipay app from the POS home screen.

  2. Open Reports
    From the home screen of the app, tap Reports.

  3. Review the Default View
    The Reports screen displays a breakdown of transactions within the selected timeframe, including gift cards, debit/credit cards, cash, and other accepted tenders.

  4. Change the Reporting Period
    Tap the date field at the top of the report and select the start and end dates you want.

  5. Refine by Time (Optional)
    Tap the clock icon to adjust the specific reporting time within the selected dates.

  6. Print the Report
    Once the report is generated, tap Print in the top-right corner if you want a physical copy.
