View Transaction Reports on a PAX A920 Pro

Merchants can view a breakdown of transactions completed on a PAX A920 Pro directly from the Facilipay app on the device.

  1. On the PAX device, open the Facilipay app from the POS home screen.

  2. From the home screen of the app, tap Reports.

  3. The Reports screen will display a breakdown of transactions within the selected timeframe, including gift cards, debit/credit cards, cash, and other accepted tenders.

  4. To change the reporting period, tap the date field at the top of the report and select the start and end dates you want.

  5. You can further refine the timeframe by tapping the clock icon to adjust the specific reporting time.

  6. Once the report is generated, tap Print in the top-right corner if you want a physical copy of the report.
