Viewing the Success of your Campaigns

Campaigns are great ways to drive business and reward your customers. See how effective they are so you can gauge if you can run similar promotions

Step 1: Open campaigns

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click Engagement
  3. Select Campaigns

Step 2: Select a campaign

  1. Find the campaign you want to review
  2. Click Stats (right side)

Step 3: Review key metrics

  1. The overview page displays:
  • Total Redeems: Number of times the campaign was used
  • Customers Affected: Number of unique customers who redeemed the campaign
  • Budget Spent: Total discount value applied
  • Notification Audience: Number of customers who received the push notification
  • Notification Clicks: Number of customers who opened the notification

Step 4: View transactions

  1. Click Transactions
  2. View all orders where the campaign was redeemed

Step 5: View ended campaigns (optional)

  1. Click Ended (top menu)
  2. Select a campaign
  3. Click Stats to view performance data

Result

You can monitor campaign performance and analyse customer engagement.
