Cancelling my Facilipay Merchant Account

We're sorry to hear you want to close your account. So we can handle this effectively please consider the following details

If you wish to cancel your Facilipay Merchant account we require 30 days written notice as per our  terms of service. This notice can be supplied by letter to our registered address, or via email to  accounts@facilipay.io. Cancellations can only be processed at the end of your billing cycle. As your billing cycle is in arrears you will be invoiced for your notice period in the following and last payment cycle.
 
Please be aware that once the account is cancelled you will not be able to use any of your Facilipay services, and any data pertaining to your account will be inaccessible; so please download any required reports before your account closure. You must also delete all associated POS (Point of Sale) apps to fully cancel your service as charges may also be issued from our POS partners.
