Change the Email Address on a Member Account

Members can update the email address associated with their Facilipay account directly within the mobile app. This ensures account information remains accurate and accessible.

Resolution

1) Open the Facilipay App

Sign in to the Facilipay app or your business’s custom branded app.


2) Access Account Settings

Navigate to your Account section.

Select Profile Information.


3) Select Change Email

Tap Change Email.

Enter the new email address when prompted.

Follow the on-screen verification steps to confirm the update.


4) Confirm the New Email

Complete any required verification (e.g. confirmation link or security prompt).

Once confirmed, the new email address will be applied to your account.


Result

The member account is updated with the new email address and can now be accessed using the revised login details.
