How to Create Your Facilipay Account from a Clover POS

Before You Begin

• You must have access to your Clover POS device.
• Have your business email address ready — you will use it to create your Facilipay account.

Step-by-Step: Create Your Account from Clover

1. Open the Clover App Market
   On your Clover POS device, open More Tools (or the App Market).

2. Search for a Facilipay App
   Use the search bar to find a Facilipay application, such as:

   • Online Ordering
   • Facilipay (Cashless)
   • Gift Cards
   • Loyalty
   • Self Checkout

3. Connect the Application
   Select the application and tap Connect.

4. Confirm the Installation
   Review the pricing information and confirm the installation when prompted.

5. Open the App
   Once the download is complete, open the app on your Clover device.

6. Create Your Account
   Enter your business email address and create a password to start setting up your Facilipay account.

7. Confirm Your Email
   You will receive an email confirmation. Click the link to continue onboarding inside the Facilipay Business Portal.

What Happens After Setup

Once you have confirmed your email, you can complete the rest of the account setup through the Facilipay Business Portal onboarding environment, where you can add branding, configure loyalty, and connect additional features.

• Use a business email: Sign up with an email address you use for your business operations — not a personal address.
