Create Your Facilipay Account from a Clover POS

If you have a Clover POS device, it is recommended to start creating your Facilipay account directly from the device. This ensures the device ID is automatically linked to your Facilipay account during setup.

  1. On your Clover POS device, open More Tools (or the App Market).

  2. Use the search bar to find a Facilipay application such as:

    1. Online Ordering

    2. Gift Cards

    3. Loyalty

    4. Self Checkout.

  3. Select the application and tap Connect.

  4. Review the pricing information and confirm the installation.

  5. Once the download is complete, open the app.

  6. Enter your business email address and create a password to start creating your Facilipay account.

  7. You will then receive an email confirmation to continue the onboarding process in the Facilipay Business Portal.

After confirming your email, you can complete the rest of the account setup through the Facilipay Business Portal onboarding environment.
