How to Create Your Facilipay Loyalty Account from Clover POS
The Facilipay Loyalty app can be installed directly from the Clover App Market. Once installed, you can begin the account setup process so customers can start earning loyalty through your Clover POS.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to your Clover POS device.
- Have your business email address ready — you will use it to create your Facilipay Loyalty account.
Step-by-Step: Install and Set Up the Loyalty App
Access the Clover App Market
From the Clover home screen, open App Market (or More Tools) and search for Facilipay Loyalty.Install the Loyalty App
Select the app and tap Connect. You will be prompted to Download & Install the application — wait for installation to complete.Open the App
Once installed, tap Open in the top right corner of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your business email address to begin account setup.Complete Account Setup
An email will be sent to the address you provided with instructions for completing setup through the Facilipay Business Dashboard. Follow the steps in the email to finish onboarding.
What Happens After Setup
Your Facilipay Loyalty account is created and ready to be configured for use on your Clover POS. You can return to the Business Dashboard at any time to adjust loyalty rules, set rewards, or add campaigns.

Use a business email: Sign up with the email address you use for managing your business operations.
Configure rewards before going live: Set your stamp count or credit-back rate in the dashboard before training staff so the customer-facing experience is consistent.
