How to Create a Passkey for the Facilipay Merchant App

Log Into Your Account Log into your Facilipay Merchant Portal or the Facilipay Merchant App using the email address you want to set a passkey on.
Open Settings Access Settings via the icon at the bottom of the screen.
Access Passkey Setup Select Passkeys
Create the Passkey Selecting this option prompts the creation of a passkey. The prompt style depends on your platform:
- Mobile (iOS/Android): A prompt from your oprating system will appear showing the account a Passkey is being made for Click Create to confirm.
- Desktop: Click Add a Passkey. Then a new prompt will appear to create a passkey for the account you are logged in as
Confirm Creation Log out of the account, on the login page you should see an option to login with a Passkey

Passkey option appears at login: Once created, you'll see a Sign in with Passkey option on the login screen going forward.
Set on the right device: Passkeys are tied to the device and platform they're created on, so set one up on each device you regularly use to log in.

Set up a passkey on your Facilipay account so you can sign into the Merchant App or Dashboard without entering a password.
