How to Edit Your Profile (web)

1) Log In to Your Account

Go to app.loylap.com and log in using your account credentials.

Once logged in, you will be taken to the most recent business you interacted with.

2) Open Your Profile Settings

Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select Edit Profile from the dropdown menu.

3) Update Your Profile Information

You will see your profile page, where you can update your name as it appears in the app.

Changes made here will update across all businesses you interact with.

You can also add your birthday, which allows businesses to include you in birthday promotions or campaigns.

4) Manage Payment Cards

Click on Settings to access the section where you can manage any cards linked to your account.

5) Manage Your Account

Scroll further down the Profile section to access additional account management options.

From here you can:

• Log out of other devices

• Update your account password

• Cancel your end user account

Result

Your profile details and account settings are updated and managed directly from your online account dashboard.
