Getting Started as a Customer

Set up your account and start finding new businesses and earning rewards in your member app. Sign-up takes a couple of minutes and gives you instant access to participating businesses near you.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need a smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS).
  • Have a working email address ready for sign-up.

Step-by-Step: Set Up Your Account

  1. Download the App
    Download the your app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Open the App
    Open the app once installation is complete.

  3. Start Sign-Up
    On the login screen, tap Sign Up.

  4. Enter Your Details

    1. Enter your email address
    2. Create a password
    3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

    Note: You must accept these terms to create an account.

  5. Complete Setup
    Once registered, you'll see a list of nearby businesses.

    Note: You may be prompted to enable location services when opening the app. This is required to show nearby businesses.

What Happens After You Sign Up

Your account is created and ready to use in your app. You can browse local businesses, earn rewards, and manage gift cards or memberships.

  • Use a real email: You'll need it for account recovery and notifications.

  • Enable notifications: Get alerts when nearby businesses run promotions.
