Getting Started as a customer on Facilipay

Set up your account and start finding new business and earning rewards in the Facilipay member app

Step 1: Download the app

  1. Download the Facilipay app from the App Store or Google Play Store

Step 2: Open the app

  1. Open the app once installation is complete

Step 3: Start sign-up

  1. On the login screen, tap Sign Up

Step 4: Enter your details

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Create a password
  3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Note: You must accept these terms to create an account.

Step 5: Complete setup

  1. Once registered, you will see a list of nearby businesses

Note: You may be prompted to enable location services when opening the app. This is required to show nearby businesses.

Result

Your account is created and ready to use in the Facilipay app.
