How to Add an Apple or Google Wallet Pass for Your App

Before You Begin

• You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and signed in on your phone.
• You must have Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android) available on your device.

Why Add a Wallet Pass

Adding a wallet pass improves your experience by:

• Making it faster to access your QR code at checkout.
• Reducing the need to open your app every time.
• Increasing convenience and engagement with loyalty or membership features.
• Providing a branded, contactless way to store passes.

Step-by-Step: Add a Wallet Pass

1. Open your app
   Sign in to the your app on your phone and land on your business profile screen within the app.

2. Tap the QR Code Icon
   On the business screen in the app, tap the QR icon — typically at the bottom of the screen. This opens your usual QR codes used for scanning in store.

3. Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet"
   Once the QR code screen is open:

   • iPhone users: Tap Add to Apple Wallet.
   • Android users: Tap Add to Google Wallet.

   This creates a pass in your phone's wallet.

4. Complete Wallet Setup

   For Apple Wallet:

   • The pass is added to Apple Wallet immediately.
   • You can view it in Wallet and tap when scanning at checkout.

   For Google Wallet:

   • You may be asked to sign in to your Google account first.
   • After signing in, you'll see a prompt to add the pass — tap Add.
   • A confirmation message appears once added.

• You can open your pass without launching the app.
• The QR code is quickly available from the Wallet app for scanning in store.
• Wallet passes increase loyalty engagement and speed at point of sale.
