How to Edit Your Profile (App)
Update your personal details directly from your account profile in your app. You can change name, email, date of birth, and other settings from one place.
Before You Begin
- You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in to your account.
Step-by-Step: Edit Your Profile
Open the App and Sign In
Open your app and log in to your account.Open Your Profile
Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.Select Edit Profile
Select Edit Profile.Update Your Details
Update the relevant details such as name, email address, or date of birth.Save Changes
Tap Save to apply the changes.
What Else You Can Do
You can also manage cards linked to your account and update other account settings from the profile section.

Keep your email current: Important account messages are sent to your registered email.
Add your birthday: Some businesses offer birthday rewards.
