How to Find Your Clover UID from Your Clover POS
Your Clover UID is a helpful identifier for your account we may sometimes request when assisting with account queries
Option 1: Using the Diagnostics app
Step 1: Open Diagnostics
- From the Clover home screen, open the Diagnostics app
If you do not see Diagnostics:
- Open Help
- Tap the menu icon (top left)
- Select Diagnostics
Step 2: View device details
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen
- Locate the Additional Details section
Step 3: Find the Clover ID
- Look for the Clover ID
- This will be an alphanumeric code
Option 2: Using the Facilipay app
Step 1: Open the app
- Open your Facilipay app from the Clover home screen
Step 2: Access settings
- Tap the Settings icon (bottom of the screen)
Step 3: Locate the ID
- The UID (Clover ID) will be displayed at the top of the screen
Result
You have successfully located your Clover ID.
