To get the most value from Facilipay over the long term, it is important to maintain clean and accurate customer data. Keeping your data organised ensures your reports, campaigns, and customer insights remain reliable.

Best Practices

  • Limit the use of test accounts: If test accounts are required during setup or training, make them clearly identifiable (for example: Test Account or Mr Test Test) so they can easily be excluded from customer or transaction reports.

  • Allow customers to enter their own details whenever possible: Let customers input their own email address and password when creating their account. This improves both security and data accuracy.
