How to Order Online in Your App

Place an online order using your app at a business that offers online ordering. Browse menus, choose dispatch options, and complete your order with payment — all from your phone.

Before You Begin

  • You must have the your app installed on your smartphone (iOS or Android).
  • You must be logged in with your account.
  • The business you're ordering from must support online ordering.

Step-by-Step: Place an Online Order

  1. Open your app
    Launch the your app on your phone.

  2. Find a Business
    Use the search bar or browse nearby listings to find the business you want to order from.

  3. Tap Order
    Once you're on the business page, tap Order to view the available menu or products.

  4. Select Dispatch Method
    Choose how you want to receive your order:

    • Collection: Pick up your order in store at a selected time.
    • Delivery: Have the order delivered to your address (if the business offers delivery).
  5. Add Items to Your Cart
    Browse the menu and tap items to add them to your cart. Select any modifiers (e.g. size, extras) as needed.

  6. View Your Cart
    Tap View Cart at the bottom of the screen to review your selections, update quantities, or remove items.

  7. Checkout and Pay
    Choose how you want to pay:

    • Account balance (if available)
    • Gift card
    • Debit or credit card

    Enter your phone number if required, then tap Checkout to complete your order.

  8. Order Confirmation
    After placing your order, you'll receive an on-screen confirmation and often an email with your order details and reference number.


What Happens After You Order

  • You'll be notified of acceptance and any estimated preparation or delivery times.
  • You can track or follow pickup instructions provided by the business.
  • Receipts and order details are stored in your order history in your app.

  • Check dispatch times: Some businesses let you schedule the collection or delivery time when ordering.

  • Verify your details: Make sure your contact details and address are correct.

  • Payment options: If you don't have funds in your account balance, link a card at checkout.
