How to Order Online via Desktop
You can place an online order using your desktop web browser at a business that accepts orders through the Facilipay ordering platform. This lets customers browse menus, select items, choose dispatch options (like collection or delivery), and pay — all without using a mobile device.
Before You Begin
✔ You’ll need a desktop or laptop computer with an internet connection.
✔ It helps to have a Facilipay account — especially if you’ve used the Facilipay app before.
✔ If you don’t already have an account, you can create one as part of the process.
Step-by-Step: Place an Order via Desktop
1. Open the Ordering Portal
In your browser, go to the Facilipay member portal address provided by the business (e.g., the hosted ordering site). Most businesses using Facilipay will direct you to their ordering link.
In many cases this will be at
https://member.facilipay.io/or a business-specific ordering page.
2. Sign In or Create an Account
If you’ve ordered before or have a Facilipay login:

Sign in with the same email and password you use in the app or portal.

If you don’t have an account yet, follow the prompts to register a new one.
3. Go to the Order Section
Once logged in:

Click the Order tab or button.

Select the business you want to order from if shown multiple options.
4. Choose Dispatch Method
On the next screen you’ll be asked to choose how you want to receive your order:

Collection (Pick-Up)

Delivery
Make your selection.
5. Browse the Menu
Click on category titles to explore different sections of the menu.
Add items you want to your cart. You can select modifiers where available (e.g., extras or variants).
6. View Cart and Checkout
When ready:

7. Select Payment Method
