How to Reset your Facilipay Password

Customers can reset their account password directly from the Facilipay mobile app if they have forgotten their login credentials.

  1. Open the Facilipay mobile app.

  2. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?.

  3. Enter the requested account details (typically your registered email address).

  4. Submit the form to trigger a password reset email.

  5. Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Note:
If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder before requesting another reset.
