How to Reset Your Password

Reset your account password directly from your app if you've forgotten your login credentials. A password reset email is sent to your registered address.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need access to your app and your registered email inbox.

Step-by-Step: Reset Your Password

  1. Open the App
    Open your app.

  2. Tap Forgot Password
    On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?

  3. Enter Your Account Details
    Enter the requested account details (typically your registered email address).

  4. Submit the Form
    Submit the form to trigger a password reset email.

  5. Check Your Email
    Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Important Note

If you don't receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder before requesting another reset.
