I've Forgotten My Password

If you have forgotten your password or need to update it for security reasons, you can reset it quickly using your registered email address — no need to contact support.

Before You Begin

  • Make sure you have access to the email address registered to your Facilipay account.
  • Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Step-by-Step: Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Password Reset Page
    Open your browser and visit https://www.facilipay.io/forgotPassword. This page is accessible without logging in.

  2. Enter Your Registered Email Address
    Type the email address associated with your Facilipay account, then click Submit.

  3. Check Your Inbox
    A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Open the email and click the link to proceed.

  4. Set a New Password
    Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password. Once saved, you can log in to the Facilipay Business Portal using your new credentials.
