I've Forgotten My Password

- Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes.
Step-by-Step: Reset Your Password
Go to the Password Reset Page
Open your browser and visit https://www.facilipay.io/forgotPassword. This page is accessible without logging in.Enter Your Registered Email Address
Type the email address associated with your Facilipay account, then click Submit.Check Your Inbox
A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Open the email and click the link to proceed.Set a New Password
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password. Once saved, you can log in to the Facilipay Business Portal using your new credentials.
