How to Link a Gift Card in Your App

Link gift cards to your account so all of your funds are in one place. You can check your balance at any time and use the linked card for purchases at participating businesses.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in to your account.
  • Have the gift card you want to link ready (physical card or QR code).

Step-by-Step: Link a Gift Card

  1. Open Account Settings

    1. Open the your app
    2. Tap the profile icon (top right)

  2. Manage Linked Devices
    Tap Manage your Cards, Fobs & Wearables.

  3. Add a New Device
    Tap Scan QR Code.

    Note: You may be prompted to allow camera access. This is required to scan QR codes.

    Alternatively: Tap Manual Entry to enter the card details manually.

  4. Link the Device

    1. Scan the QR code or enter the details
    2. The card, fob, or wearable will be linked to your account

What Happens After You Save

The device is linked, and any associated balance is automatically added to your account.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Scan when possible: Scanning is faster and more accurate than manual entry.

  • Verify the balance: After linking, check that the balance matches the gift card.
