Link a Gift Card in the Facilipay app

Link Gift cards to your account so all of your funds are in one place and be able to check your balance at any time

Step 1: Open account settings

  1. Open the Facilipay app
  2. Tap the profile icon (top right)

Step 2: Manage linked devices

  1. Tap Manage your Cards, Fobs & Wearables

Step 3: Add a new device

  1. Tap Scan QR Code

Note: You may be prompted to allow camera access. This is required to scan QR codes.

Alternatively:

  • Tap Manual Entry to enter the card details manually

Step 4: Link the device

  1. Scan the QR code or enter the details
  2. The card, fob, or wearable will be linked to your account

Result

The device is successfully linked, and any associated balance is automatically added to your account.
