Managing Your Member Account

Update your details so you can be ready to earn rewards at the businesses you visit

Step 1: Open your profile

  1. Open the Facilipay app
  2. Tap the profile icon (top right)

Step 2: Access profile settings

  1. Tap Profile (below your name)

Step 3: Update your details

  1. Edit the following information as needed:
    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Date of birth
    • Gender

Result

Your profile details are updated and saved to your account.
