How to Manage Your Member Account

Update your details so you can be ready to earn rewards at the businesses you visit. Keeping your name, contact details, and date of birth current ensures you don't miss out on personalised offers.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in to your account.

Step-by-Step: Update Your Profile

  1. Open Your Profile

    1. Open the your app
    2. Tap the profile icon (top right)

  2. Access Profile Settings
    Tap Profile (below your name).

  3. Update Your Details
    Edit the following information as needed:

    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Date of birth
    • Gender

What Happens After You Save

Your profile details are updated and saved to your account. Businesses you interact with will see the updated details going forward.

  • Add your birthday: Some businesses offer birthday rewards.

  • Keep contact info current: So you can be reached if needed.
