Navigating the Facilipay Onboarding (Starter)

Get the key details of your account set up so you can start processing transactions with Facilipay. The Starter onboarding flow walks you through each essential setup step in order.

Before You Begin

  • Make sure you have completed sign-up via the Facilipay website or your Clover POS device.
  • Have your business details, branding assets, and payment information ready.

Step-by-Step: Complete Starter Onboarding

  1. Design Your App Space
    Customise your brand presence in the Facilipay app:

    • Upload your logo
    • Add background images
    • Apply your brand colours
  2. Add Employees
    The signup email is added by default as the first admin. From here you can add additional team members so they can:

    • Run reports
    • Process transactions
  3. Set Your Location
    Enter your business location and add opening hours so customers know when you are available.

  4. Add a Payment Method
    Add a payment method that will be used for your monthly Facilipay charges.

  5. Set Up Loyalty
    Create a loyalty programme that fits your business:

    • Stamp schemes
    • Credit-back offers
  6. Create Campaigns
    Set up targeted campaigns to:

    • Offer rewards
    • Engage specific customer groups
  7. Create a Card Design
    Choose how to design your physical gift card:

    • Use the free design tool
    • Request a professional design
    • Upload an existing design
  8. Order Gift Cards
    Once your card design is ready, order physical gift cards directly through the dashboard.

  9. Set Up a Payment Gateway
    Configure a payment gateway so you can:

    • Sell digital gift cards
    • Process online transactions
