How to Open Your QR Code and Find Your ID

Your ID lets you quickly make payments and collect rewards at participating businesses. The QR code in the app is your unique identifier — show it at checkout to pay or earn rewards.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in.

Step-by-Step: Open Your QR Code

  1. Open your app
    Log in to the your app on your mobile device.

  2. Open the QR Code Screen
    Tap the QR icon in the centre of the bottom menu on the home screen.

  3. View Your QR Code and ID
    Your QR code appears on the screen. Businesses can scan this code to process transactions and apply rewards. Your account ID will also be displayed on this screen.

What You Can Do With Your QR Code

You can present your QR code to a business to make payments, load balance, or collect rewards using your account.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Brightness up: Increase your phone brightness for easier scanning.

  • Add to Wallet: Apple/Google Wallet integration makes the QR code even faster to access.
