How to Place an Online Order Using Your App

Place an online order through your app and pay using your account balance or a debit/credit card. The flow is the same whether you're collecting in store or having items delivered.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in.
  • The business must support online ordering through the platform.

Step-by-Step: Place an Online Order

  1. Open the App
    Open your app on your smartphone.

  2. Select the Business
    Select the business you want to order from.

  3. Tap Order
    Tap the Order button to view the available menu.

  4. Choose Dispatch Method
    Choose your dispatch method (e.g. collection or delivery) and select the desired time, then tap Continue.

  5. Add Items to Order
    Add items to your order and select View Cart when finished.

  6. Review Order Summary
    Review the order summary in your cart.

  7. Choose Payment Method
    Choose your payment method — either your account balance or a debit/credit card — and enter your phone number if required.

  8. Tap Checkout
    Tap Checkout to place the order.

  • Check the menu: Some items may be unavailable depending on time of day.

  • Confirm dispatch time: Make sure the time works for you before placing the order.
