Placing an Online Order (Member App)

This article explains how customers can place an Order Ahead request using the Facilipay app for collection at a participating business.

1) Open the Facilipay App

Log in to the Facilipay app.

Navigate to the business you wish to order from.

Tap the Order icon at the bottom of the screen.


2) Select the Location

In the Order tab, choose the location you would like to collect from.


3) Choose Collection Time

Select your preferred collection date and time from the available options.

Available times are based on the business’s configured ordering hours and slot availability.


4) Select Items

Browse the menu and add items to your order.

If applicable, choose any required modifiers (e.g. size, milk type, add-ons, customisations).


5) Checkout and Pay

Review your order and add any special requests if needed.

Proceed to checkout and complete payment using one of the following methods:

  • Account Balance
  • Gift Card
  • Debit or Credit Card

6) Order Confirmation

Once the order is accepted:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • The email will include your receipt and order reference number.

Result

Your order is successfully placed and scheduled for collection at the selected time.
