How to Place an Order Ahead Request via the Member App
Place an Order Ahead request using your app for collection at a participating business. Skip the queue and pick up your order at your preferred time.
Before You Begin
- You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in.
- The business must support Order Ahead through the platform.
Step-by-Step: Place an Order Ahead Request
Open your app
Log in to your app. Navigate to the business you wish to order from. Tap the Order icon at the bottom of the screen.Select the Location
In the Order tab, choose the location you would like to collect from.Choose Collection Time
Select your preferred collection date and time from the available options. Available times are based on the business's configured ordering hours and slot availability.Select Items
Browse the menu and add items to your order. If applicable, choose any required modifiers (e.g. size, milk type, add-ons, customisations).Checkout and Pay
Review your order and add any special requests if needed. Proceed to checkout and complete payment using one of the following:- Account Balance
- Gift Card
- Debit or Credit Card
Order Confirmation
Once the order is accepted:- You'll receive an email confirmation.
- The email will include your receipt and order reference number.
What Happens After You Order
Your order is placed and scheduled for collection at the selected time. You can show up and skip any queue.
Tips & Best Practices
Allow prep time: Choose a time that gives the business enough notice to prepare.
Add notes: Use the special requests field for allergies or modifications.
