How to Place an Order with a Business for Collection

Before You Begin

• You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in.
• The business must support online ordering for collection.

Step-by-Step: Place a Collection Order

1. Select a Business

   1. Open the your app
   2. Choose the business you want to order from
   3. Tap Order at the bottom of the screen

2. Choose a Collection Time

   1. Tap Select Date & Time
   2. Choose your preferred collection date and time

3. Add Items to Your Order

   1. Browse the menu
   2. Select the items you want to order

4. Review Your Cart

   1. Tap View Cart
   2. Review your order summary

5. Proceed to Checkout
   Tap Checkout.

6. Add Order Details and Payment

   1. Add any notes or instructions for your order (optional)
   2. Choose your payment method:
      • Account balance
      • Payment card
      • Gift card
   3. Tap Checkout to confirm

7. Complete Your Order

   1. Your order will process for a few seconds
   2. A success screen will be displayed

What Happens After You Order

Your order is confirmed. You'll receive an email with your receipt and order details.

• Pick a realistic time: Allow the business enough time to prepare.

• Use notes for allergies: Mention dietary requirements in special instructions.
