How to Search for a Business

Find a new local spot to enjoy a coffee and pastry, or perhaps a new restaurant for dinner. The your app surfaces nearby participating businesses based on your location.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in.
  • Location services should be enabled for nearby search.

Step-by-Step: Find a Business

  1. Open Search

    1. Open the your app
    2. Tap the search icon (top right)

  2. View Nearby Businesses
    Browse the list of businesses near your location.

    Note: You may be prompted to enable location services. This must be enabled for nearby search to work.

  3. Select a Business
    Tap on the business you want to view.

  4. View Business Details
    On the business page, you can:

    • View your balance (if applicable)
    • Check your transaction history
    • See additional business information

What Happens After You Search

You can view and interact with businesses available in your app, place orders if supported, and earn rewards through repeat visits.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Enable location: Without it, you can't see nearby businesses.

  • Check regularly: New businesses join the platform frequently.
