View Offers in the Facilipay App

Customers can view active offers and campaigns available from a business directly within the Facilipay mobile app. These offers may include discounts, birthday rewards, or promotions available only to specific customer groups.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay mobile app.

  2. From the home screen, tap the Offers button in the bottom-right corner.

  3. You will see a list of all campaign offers currently available from that business.

  4. Tap an offer to view the full terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements and the time period the offer is active.

Some offers may only apply to customers who have a specific role assigned to their account (for example, VIP members). If you believe you should qualify for an offer but cannot see it, contact the business directly to confirm your account details or assigned role.
