How to View Offers in Your App

View active offers and campaigns available from a business directly within your app. These may include discounts, birthday rewards, or promotions available only to specific customer groups.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in.

Step-by-Step: View Offers

  1. Sign In to the App
    Log in to your app.

  2. Open Offers
    From the home screen, tap the Offers button in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Browse the List
    You'll see a list of all campaign offers currently available from that business.

  4. View Offer Details
    Tap an offer to view the full terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements and the time period the offer is active.

About Restricted Offers

Some offers may only apply to customers who have a specific role assigned to their account (for example, VIP members). If you believe you should qualify for an offer but cannot see it, contact the business directly to confirm your account details or assigned role.
