How to View Your Transaction History in the Customer App

See the history of your spending at the businesses you frequent. This is useful for tracking your spending habits and accessing receipts when needed.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in.

Step-by-Step: View Transaction History

  1. Open the App
    Log in to the your app.

  2. Access Transactions

    1. Navigate to the business home page
    2. Locate the Transactions section (below the main image)
    3. View your recent transactions

  3. View Full History

    1. Tap See All (right side)
    2. Browse your complete transaction history

  • Review periodically: Spot patterns or unusual transactions early.

  • Tap individual transactions: See more details for a specific purchase.
