Viewing Offers as a Customer

Businesses run promotions frequently to reward loyal customers as well as draw in new ones. Make sure you aren't missing out

Step 1: Open offers

  1. Open the Facilipay app
  2. Tap Offers in the bottom right corner

Step 2: Browse available offers

  1. View the list of current offers from the business

Note: If no offers are displayed, they may only be available on specific days or times.

Step 3: View offer details

  1. Tap on an offer to see:
    • Reward details
    • Terms and conditions

Step 4: Redeem an offer

  1. When visiting the business, ensure the app is ready to use the offer

Result

You can view and prepare to redeem available offers through the Facilipay app.
