How to View Offers as a Customer

Businesses run promotions frequently to reward loyal customers and attract new ones. Make sure you aren't missing out by checking the Offers section regularly.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need the LoyLap app or Facilipay app installed and be signed in.

Step-by-Step: View Offers

  1. Open Offers

    1. Open the your app
    2. Tap Offers in the bottom right corner

  2. Browse Available Offers
    View the list of current offers from the business.

    Note: If no offers are displayed, they may only be available on specific days or times.

  3. View Offer Details
    Tap on an offer to see:

    • Reward details
    • Terms and conditions

  4. Redeem an Offer
    When visiting the business, ensure the app is ready to use the offer.

What Happens After You Find an Offer

You can view and prepare to redeem available offers through your app.

  • Check before visiting: Make sure you know the offer terms before attempting to redeem.

  • Mind expiry dates: Some offers are time-limited.
