Who Has Access to My Data?

Merchants and customers want to understand who can view or access the data stored in Facilipay systems and how it is protected.

Only Facilipay and the Merchants you use your account with have access to your details. To protect you, we also secure our system with the following:

  • Our entire system is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant (the highest industry standard), covering a wide range of security measures from physical to technical.

  • In relation to payments, we never store credit card details ourselves. For cashless transactions, we tokenize cards.

  • Data is stored across 3 locations in Ireland and sits behind Amazon’s industry-best data architecture.
